Running a small business can get tough at times. When you're juggling multiple roles while trying to keep up with the latest product and industry trends, mistakes can and usually will be made. We learned this the hard way early on in our business and we've vowed to not make some of those mistakes again.

That's why we're introducing pre-orders to our store...and yes, they're here to stay.

One of our pain points has been keeping up with the demand for our candles and other goodies. While it's a good pain point to have, it sometimes drives us crazy because we underestimate just how much inventory we may need. As a result, we've had to deal with longer than acceptable shipping times and we've even had to mitigate a customer complaint or two. Offering pre-orders eliminates that issue completely. 

Pre-orders ensure that you get the products you want, when you want them.

By pre-ordering, you're ensuring that you get what you want as soon as it becomes available. There's no waiting for restocks, wondering if you'll receive it within our standard processing and shipping times or showing up to an event only for us to be sold out of that one thing you wanted.

Pre-ordering also helps us learn what you want from us so we can give you more of it! It's a win-win, and who doesn't like winning?
