On behalf of everyone at Lofton and Company Brands, our hearts go out to those impacted by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Our focus is on the health and safety of our team, customers and local community.
To keep everyone safe, we will never manufacture or package any products if any of us are experiencing COVID-19 related symptoms or any other contagious illnesses. We also utilize Personal Protective Equipment while handling all inventory and packaging.
While the status of everything around us is changing every day, we promise to keep you informed of our company's status and the status of your orders. Please check back periodically for new updates.

November 24, 2021 - Holiday closings, carrier delays
We will be shutting down operations at 5 pm CST on November 24th - November 26th for the Thanksgiving holiday. Production and shipping will resume on November 27th at 12 noon. We ship through USPS and UPS and we're already seeing carrier delays across all regions. With that said, you should expect your package to arrive a little later than usual. Please plan your shopping + gifting accordingly. If you are a Jackson metro area shopper, please take advantage of our local delivery option! Orders are typically delivered within 2 business days of order placement. Additionally, you can find our products in a few locations statewide. Click here for an updated list.
May 1, 2021 - Supply shortages, minor carrier delays
We are currently facing a major challenge with securing certain supplies. There is a global glass shortage that has impacted our ability to secure our traditional glass candle vessels (it even impacted Burger King's chicken sandwich release!) and we've decided to take a pause for the time being. By pause, we mean taking a break from promoting our products and devoting our time to finding alternative vendors, experimenting with new containers and expanding our non-candle product offers.
Of course this is the opposite of what we expected to be doing on our one-year business anniversary, but we want to make sure that we have everything we need to bring you the highest quality products. We will be sure to keep you updated!
December 2, 2020 - Carrier delays
As you probably already know, USPS has been experiencing delays in delivering packages. This is beyond our control. We are still following our processing and shipping procedures of 1-3 days after your order has been processed.
October 19, 2020 - Minor stock issues, carrier delays
The candle and soap industry as a whole has been experiencing issues maintaining stock due to disruptions in supply chains and an influx of people completing at home DIY projects. This is impacting how fast we can get the raw materials in to manufacture our candles.
As you already know, the United States Postal Service is experiencing delays in certain parts of the country that are beyond our control. We currently ship orders within 1-3 days after they have processed, so you can expect your order to be shipped within a 7-10 days of your order being placed. If we have any interruptions that impact this schedule, we'll be sure to let you know.
