Do you offer local pickup and/or delivery options?

We are an online-only shop, meaning we do not have a brick and mortar location. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer local pickup. You are welcome to purchase in-person at any of our upcoming events or pop-ups. Please click here for additional information regarding our shipping and delivery policies.

 

What kind of wax do you use for your candles?

We use a coconut blend wax. This wax is very creamy and soft in texture, so please be mindful of that if you are shipping to a warmer climate.

 

How are your candles manufactured?

Our candles are proudly made in Jackson, Mississippi and we hand-pour all of our candles in small batches.

 

Why do my candles look funny?

You may see what appears to be space between the wax and the glass candle containers. This is what is often referred to as a "wet spot," "frosting" or "spotting." This is a normal characteristic of natural waxes and can occur due to temperature changes. This does not affect how your candle will burn in any way.

 

What does coconut blend mean?

We use a blend of coconut and paraffin wax for our candles. We love the natural qualities of the coconut wax but the hot throw (how the candle smells while burning) of the paraffin. We tried 100% soy candles but the scent was not strong enough.

 

Do you use essential oils for the fragrances?

Essential oils are not designed to be burned and can cause harm when ignited. We use fragrances that are designed for use in candles.

 

How long can I expect my candle to burn?

Burn times will always vary based on the placement of your candle and the height of your wick. Drafty areas will burn quicker. You can find the burn time estimate underneath our candle descriptions.

 

Are there any restrictions for custom messages?

We're not easily offended and are happy to customize products with any message you'd like, however we do not allow personalization/custom messages that are hateful and/or harmful, including but not limited to racism, bigotry, and anti-LGBTQ statements. We reserve the right to cancel these orders without prior warning.
